We are honored to be partnering with Lifewater.org, an organization that builds wells throughout many areas of the world where people don’t have access to clean water or basic sanitation.
Just for the record: Seeds and Spades does NOT make a profit from any donations given to Lifewater.
We do this because so many people are in need, and building a well has been a lifelong dream of ours.
Here are a few facts from Lifewater’s Water Crisis page:
- 844 million people live without clean water. 2.3 billion people do not have access to basic sanitation
- Every 60 seconds a child dies from a preventable waterborne disease

2) At Seeds and Spades, we have a goal to reach $15,000 to fund building a well. To reach that goal, we are setting aside 10% of ALL revenue from our website. So if you make a purchase through an affiliate link or advertisement on our site, you are helping families have access to clean water for life!
